CALUNAH President's Message

Becel Dubreuze, Jr.

Dear Fellow Alumni,

We are very pleased to announce that we have exceeded our $15,000 goal for the Auditorium Chair Project.

We have raised $16,507.63 for the project. As promised a check for $15,000 was mailed to UNAH on April 12, 2019. The remaining balance will be rolled over to the next project.

We want to thank all of you for participating sacrificially in making this event a success. By God’s grace, this is just the beginning of many more successful fundraising events.

A very special thanks goes to Dr. Roberne and Lynouse Saint-Louis, and Dr. Louisdon Pierre and team who went above and beyond the call of duty raising collectively more than half of the total amount.

CALUNAH, the Alumni Association of the Adventist University of Haiti awarded over $5,000.00 U.S. dollars in scholarships for the 2017-2018 academic year. The Scholarship recipients were selected based on evidence of commitment, leadership, achievement and financial need. The CALUNAH’s Scholarship Review Committee evaluated  the names of the students submitted by the Adventist University of Haiti and provided recommendations to the Executive Board. The Recipients were approved by the CALUNAH Executive Committee.

We would like to proudly highlight the ten CALUNAH scholarship recipients. The CALUNAH scholarship program was established to recognize and support Haitian youth in their quest for higher education.
